Ticket Despatch

When reserving any travel product on the Aviaggi Ltd. site, we require that you enter your credit card details and provide a delivery address. Your contact information is used to get in touch with you when necessary. In order to meet the acceptance of credit card via mail order conditions, all tickets will be despatched to the billing address for the credit card. After a reservation you  will receive a booking confirmation by email or telephone.  Your Travel documents  will be dispatched within the next working day.

Price Gurantee

Prices are only guaranteed once full payment has been received and tickets have been issued. Prior to this, all booking prices are subject to increase without notice.

Amendments & Cancellations

Air Reservations

Many scheduled air fares, carry amendment and cancellation fees sometimes up to 100%. It is important that all customers check the fare conditions prior to confirming their reservations detailed under the fare quote. Amendments and cancellations cannot be processed until the original tickets have been returned. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, this may take between 4-8 weeks to be credited on your credit card statement.  Aviaggi Limited accept no liability for interest charges incurred for outstanding refunds. Partially unused tickets may have to be returned to the issuing airline to calculate the refund due (if any) which normally takes 6-12 weeks to process. In some rare cases this can take up to 9 months. For scheduled air fares, an administration fee of £25 per ticket will be applied to all amendments and cancellations in addition to the airline's standard fees.

Hotel Reservations

All hotel reservations made through Aviaggi Ltd. are guaranteed for late arrival. This means that if you fail to cancel an unwanted hotel room you will still be charged as the hotel will hold your room right through in case you are delayed. Hotels have varying cancellation policies which range from prior to 6pm on the day to 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid paying for the first night's reservation. Please ensure that unwanted rooms are cancelled as early as possible to try and avoid charges.

Travel Insurance

Insurance is 100% non-refundable.

Complaints

Please contact our office centre in writing with any issues you may have with any part of our service. You should receive an acknowledgement within 7 working days and full explanation and resolution within 2 weeks. Where this is not possible, due to the involvement of third parties, we will keep you informed of our progress. We are always happy to receive comments on our service (including positive ones) as this allows us to constantly update and improve our service offering.

IATA

IATA  is the International Air Transport Association. IATA regulate airfares and act as a bonding agency allowing an agency displaying their symbol to sell tickets legitimately. A customer who books their air tickets with an IATA bonded agency can be confident that the airline has trust in the agency to sell at legitimate prices.

ATOL

ATOL  is a protection scheme for flights and air holidays, managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Most firms who sell air travel in the UK are required by law to hold a licence called an "ATOL". ATOL protects you from losing money or being stranded abroad when a travel firm goes bust. All licensed firms have to lodge bonds with the CAA so that if they go out of business, the CAA can give refunds to people who can’t travel and arrange for people abroad to finish their holidays and fly home
